My love affair with food started at an early age.

Half Italian and half Irish, I grew up with hearty, healthy meals packed with flavor. I specialize in Mediterranean cooking, specifically Italian, but I am known to add a dash of many other cuisines in my culinary repertoire.

Every dish has a story. When you make a meal, memories and associations are forever linked to those flavors. If That Dish Could Talk strives to share some stories of my own while encouraging readers to make memories for themselves in the kitchen.

At the age of 27, I’m working at America’s Test Kitchen surrounded by food and writing about food each day in their email newsletters. We’ll see where this beautiful journey takes me. Thanks for joining me, and enjoy reading!
